Standard checkout is at 12 noon. If you check in at or after 1 a.m., a 12-hour stay from your check-in time is guaranteed.
For example, check in at 1 a.m. and stay until 1 p.m., or check in at 3 a.m. and stay until 3 p.m.

How does a short REST stay work?
REST is a short-stay plan, with options starting at 2 hours and a guide rate from ¥4,500 per room. The available hours and total price depend on your date, room and length of stay. Confirm the final price before entering.
For a same-day visit, ask the front desk: “Can two people use a room from 2 p.m. for two hours? What is the total price?” This is an example request, not a guaranteed arrival time or available plan.

Use the availability link to select your dates and number of guests. Check the total price, arrival time and cancellation conditions on the booking page before completing your reservation. Keep the confirmation to show when you arrive.
An overnight room shown online does not confirm that a REST stay is available immediately. If arriving after midnight, confirm the booking date and arrival time with the hotel.
Payment and arrival
Cash and credit cards are accepted. Ask the hotel if you need to confirm a specific card brand or payment method. Have your reservation details ready and check that you have arrived at HOTEL REFRAIN, 2-16-5 Ikebukuro.
